Today's card is my first "made to order" card. Yay!!
Granted , it was my sister who ordered it but still, that's exciting. I just wish it didn't have to be made at all as it's a sympathy card for my sister's workmate who lost her mother. You would think that in all my stash I wold have a sympathy card already, wouldn't you? Nope.
I guess I prefer the cheerful.
This is one of those cards that just about has you crying while you make it. I felt like Tom Sawyer at his own funeral. *sniff sniff* this is just soooo miserably sweet.....
You can't go wrong choosing Mo Manning. I swear she has on the most expressive digis.A digi for every mood and occasion. I think of her as the Norman Rockwell of the digi world. Love her!
Here I have colored this image with Prismacolors and copics. (copics for her skin~ it just saved time.) Pencils for skin takes about 8-10 layers of colors, copics 2.It wasn't a hard decision, especially when I needed the card ASAP.
And no post would be complete without showing you my journey there.
Welcome to my mess!

Paper Sundaes: something from your stash
