Sentimental Sundays ~ baby

Good morning everyone!
Time to get your crafty things out and start playing again. Some of you have had FAR too much time off! lol
This week's challenge at Sentimental Sundays is something as far as far can be from snow and reindeer and fat old men with red pajamas .
 The theme is BABY!!!!!
Yay!

I am using a stamp by "In2Stamps" and colored with prismacolors.
Paper is from my stash. And sentiment is computer generated.

And the taggy thingamajig

So think you can do it? I look forward to the snowless cards!
That is unless its a winter baby......
*oh dear*

*PS) This was a scheduled post. Look what I just woke up to:

We've already lost electricity three times in the last hour. Its not a question of  IF its a question of WHEN it goes again. And when it does it could be gone a day or more. So if I'm MIA think of me here in the Sunny South buried deep in snow with no heat.:-)
Well the positive thing is that we had lots of company over yesterday and I am left with leftover pizza, soup, pecan pie and cranberry bars.
Hey, how do you think bears are able to hibernate for so long??

Oh a quick challenge or two if I can make it in time!

Sweet Stampin: Celebrations
Totally Gorjuss: For someone special
Karber Monthly: Childhood

Awwwwww, she's so cute! You did a fabulous job with the coloring and with the papers. How do you like the "real" snow we got last night? It is beautiful, but I'm sure we'll be tired of it in a day or so. Hugs, dj

Beautiful card, Dorcas! I love those shades of green and blue together, very eye catching! We're in the midst of the same weather you had, however for us they are predicting 18". What fun, huh? At least we have heat and a few leftovers from yesterday. And then there's always snow cones!

Too cute! Love the image and the colors! Makes a great baby card! Oh by the way one I am claiming one of those pieces of pecan pie! Well if your power goes out the brandy will help you stay warm, otherwise fork it over sister! LOL. The snow is fun today! Great card!

Hi Dorcas, thats a stunning card I love your cute image and your colouring.
Wow youve had enough snow for sure, hope the electricity has now settled down and no more cuts. We have a problem with ours when it gets like that. With love and hugs Shirleyxxx

Fab card Dorcas. Baby cards are just right for the new beginnings of New Year though. Sorry your electricity (or should I say, lack of it!) has been a problem. Our boiler has stopped 4 times in the past couple of weeks because of our cold weather. Got it going again though and as we seem to be starting to thaw a little the boiler might be OK now! Fingers crossed for you.
Tine :)
PS - why does it look like you have handcuffs hanging from the tree! LOL
Stay warm.

WOW ... now that's a LOT OF SNOW for N.C. ... I'm in Ohio and only have 1-2" on the ground! Look at the up side ... isn't it pretty!!
