So some of you will remember my African American card I made last week using this stamp. Well this is my mulatto version. A friend of mine has a grandaughter who has this same beautiful shade and it just looks like she has a permanant tan. Something I know NOTHING about, unfortunately.(As the only tan I get is when my freckles decide to join up.)
Anyway! THis week's challenge at Dutch Dare is a sketch. So why not head over and see how you can distort it , I mean, make it your own. lol
I have used some assorted papers (I think they're K&Co.)

Hi Dorcas,
LOVE your card - it is soooo sweet - the image together with the pretty papers - and the muted colors... her skin tones are very pretty colored! (I´m like her ;-) most of the year some tan...in summer I love to shoot pictures from Tom´s and my hands/feet - very brown versus pretty white!)
Hugs, Uli
PS: Like also the ribbon a lot - I think striped and dotted ribbons are the best for enhancing a card!
I really love the softness of your image and papers together. Great job "distorting"!
Oh, if you have time would you send me an email explaing how to get the tabbed pages at the top. I've tried and am afraid I didn't get any farther than a home page tab. Grrrrr If not, no worries!
Hey Dorcas! Great card! And your blog looks great too! See ya soon!
Kristen :)
Hey Dorcas!
Lovely card and you colored it so pretty. I always color it completely, but I must try this way too some time, 'cause it looks great!

The blog looks fab. As for the card, wow. Your colouring is A.Mazing. Scrumptious. xxx
This is beautiful!
You're like my hubby then - I swear he almost glows! If he gets some sun he'll get red - and then go straight back to bright white. On a positive side he's real easy to spot on crowded beach, lol
Your Mo kiddos are always an utter delight to look at - she was SO lucky to get you on her team!

Oh my goodness! I was supposed to be catching up with the three basket loads of ironing that are slowly but surely begining to engulf me but instead I have spent the last couple of hours browsing through you fabulous blog! What inspiration! I can't wait to have a go at colouring on Kraft, what a great idea. Your cards are absolutely stunning, each and every one!
