Fairytale Wood

Hi!
So how are we feeling today? :-D
I'm feeling much happier :-). These are my colors,(unlike yesterday's card) coupled with a happy image and little buttony brad thingamajigs. What could make a better combination?
And once again, no pressure, this was a "for fun card" that I made cos I went on a bit of a shopping spree at A Day For Daisies last week. Ok, 4 images can hardly be classified as a spree but for some days and economies it is.

Recipe:
Papers:  K&Co
Pink Ribbon: from stash
Flower: cannibalized silk flower
Flourish: Sizzex
Punch: Martha Stewart
Brads: Basic Grey
Colors: Prismacolors and paper piecing

I can always tell when you are happy with your creation! It shows. You just need to step away from the purple! Don't hate me when I say this, but that is my issue with yellow. There I said it... I have a hard time making it work whenever I try. This is great! Very whimsical and very you! Awesome coloring! Love that the image is truly the focus here!

Hi Dorcas. This is definitely more a "you" card. The colors are right up your alley. I noticed the paper piecing straight away, and it is beautiful. As Stacey, it seems that you need to step away from the purple, if it makes you so unhappy. Have a great weekend. Hugs, dj

I don't come by often enough, Dorcas! I am very much enjoying catching up! Love your paper piecing of this fabulous image. I have probably 20 D4D images and NONE of them have ever been used. WHAT have I been thinking! Hugs, Lesley
