Hi Everyone!
Well they say second time is a charm (don't they? or is it three?) and that's exactly
what it took for todays card. My first project ended up ripped up in the bin, 100% "unbloggable". So I tried a totally new tack, small notecard, ancient stamp, and one big ribbon...oila!
So! On to our new challenge at Catered Crop:
Ribbon!
Here's a ribbon sampler to give you some ideas on adding ribbon to your projects:
And guess what? We're being sponsored by the awesome Ribbon Carousel who not only has given us on the DT some fabby ribbons to play with but is going to give a $15 Gift coupon to one very happy winner!
So get your crafting supplies ready and play along with us, you have a full two weeks to join in. :)
As I mentioned , this card is really quite tiny, 4x5 1/2. I thought it might be a nice change to have a card or two to send to someone without it requiring extra postage and oversized envelopes. And besides its been a lifetime since I made a rectangular card. You know, shake it up a little.
Supplies:
Paper: Kraft cardstock, MME Lost and Found "Breeze"
Stamp: ooooooooold Stampin Up
Ribbon : Ribbon Carousel
Colors: Prismacolors
Thats it from little ol me! Have fun crafting and I hope you'll come back for another visit!

100% "bloggable" :-) This huge bow is a great accent! Love the text-background!
Stunning colour work on this lovely card, Dorcas!
And you don't need to wear a sign. We all do daft things sometimes. I remember my hubby kindly agreeing to make a special trip to the gas station one evening to fill MY car up for me. I needed my car very early the next morning. It was almost completely empty and my journey wasn't going to take me any where near a gas station myself. He had left the house for a minute when I realised we didn't have any milk so I ran out to see if I could catch him and ask him to buy some. I caught him just pulling off the drive and he spotted me in time. Just as well because he was actually in his own car and not mine! Hugs, Lesley
This is just beautiful! Such a tranquil scene and a perfect image for this kind of card.
