A Hedgie Smile

Remember I said how I hate primary colors? Well there are exceptions to the rule. lol
When it comes to flowers like poppies and cornflowers, they just gotta be primary. The brighter the better. This is a very simple layout and not too much dimention but the image kind of makes up for it.
This stamp by Penny Black is just so much fun to color but you do need to allow yourself plenty of time!!!

My recipe:
DPs DCWV
Ribbon: Offray
Image: Penny Black
Colors: Prismacolor pencils with goo gone
Sentiment:TPC Studio
Gems: Recollection
Stitching: Machine done
3D sticky pads: Recollection

A close up below:

The embellies and ribbon detail:

And the sentiment.
(which came out blurry no matter what I did. Don't know why.)

This card fits the following challenges:

Crafty Creations: butterflies
Fab N Funky: Flower Power
For Fun:  Recipe: 1 Ribbon, 2 DPs, 3 Embellies

I may be back later on today if I can get another card done. I have a friend over crafting with me and I think we are just getting warmed up!
Take care guys and come back to see me! :-)

This is just beautiful, I love it! And I so agree with the use of primary colours - I don't often use that combo, but some things just scream for it.... cornflowers, and poppies, yes... and daffodils too! thank you for joining us at For Fun this week!
