I'll Stick With You

Two posts today!
I was coloring this little girl in last night, thinking I would program a post or two while I'm away next week but once I got into it I knew I couldn't wait til next week for you all to see her because she's so cheerful she just makes you happy looking at her!
Yes, I see that one button is cockeyed..Trust me it is fixed, but I wasn't going to take more pictures..

Do you remember the days when you'd rub a balloon on your hair just to make it stand up? Yes you did!! C'mon, I know it wasn't just me!!
Anyway...

Dps: DVWV
Image: Mo Manning
Colors: Prismacolors
Buttons: no idea
Sentiment: my own

And a close up:

and the sentiment below....

Challenges this card fits in:

Pixie Cottage : Sketch
Creative Card Crew: Fall colors
Color Q: fall colors
A Crafty Little Place: recipe (1 flower, 2 dp, 3 buttons)

I think that's it for today guys. Have a great week and I'll see you all this weekend. :-)

Adorable! I love it! She is too cute! My hair does that now! With baby fine hair you tend to get that look a lot! It looks so much cuter on her! But I did it as a kid anyway. The colors are so pretty together. It is hard to wait you you know you have a card to post.
You may want to bring a few things with you just in case you have down time. I brought nothing, then had lots of down time, so I had to buy just the basics. Very expensive! That is if you want to post something. It has been 2 weeks for me & it is killing me!

Need. A. Sewing. Machine. NOW.
Luuurve the layering here. I won't even go into colouring. I'm getting depressed here - wanna be you. Well, not literally. You know. Talent-wise.

Lol! I remember that :) Annika said it: I want to be you. Talent-wise. It is always so lovely to come here and it also always surprises me, how and where you get all your ideas and inspirations.

This really really makes me smile :)

Dorcas this card just knocks me over! Wonderfully done my new friend! Love the colors and the way you layered your dp.

Yes, I too rubbed those balloons on my hair and created the static look (before punk was popular too...lol). We also hung them on walls with the static "cling". My brother and I would see whose would stay up longest. Ah, the joys of being a child and not having a latex allergy. I wish I could do that with my kids now but can't. Thanks so much for the memory and being part of our challenge.

Smiles!

cough...is enabling a BAD thing??? lol
No, really, those pearl pens are a biz! They work on paper perfectly and settle to lovely round pearls. HERE is an example.
I use mine loads and just ordered some more colours. My poor credit card.

I know that this is an old post that I'm commenting on but I saw it in your side bar and just had to take a closer look!I love the beautiful, fresh colours and the layout, just perfect but that image so makes me chuckle,it is totally me,I'm the most statically charged person ever, there are shops I avoid unless I'm prepared to wear my hair as a halo! When blowing up balloons I can feel every tiny hair on my face prickle as it stands to attention! Boy I'm glad none of my crafty friends have this image lol! Have a good week,Julie.x
